MCRU also have their final night of Teenage Touch on Wednesday 9^th March. They are very excited to have the Women's World Cup coming down to be on display for the night and will be running a BBQ and some competitions for the kids.

This is a great chance for clubs to engage with our teenage players.

MCRU - Foundations Course

This course will be best suited for all coaches under 10 – under 18 but can also be beneficial to other coaches. The course is a great way to start their coaching qualification journey and will provide them with their level 1 certification and is a mix of practical and theory.

The course will include:

• Principles of play
• Skill analysis/Coaching a skill/set piece
• How to structure an effective and positive training environment
